River Run Barrel Racing Series
Every Tuesday in June the River Run Barrel Racing Series is held. It is a 4 event series with multiple age divisions and belt buckles awarded based on the average of the 4 nights

Southern Hills Little Britches Rodeo
August 18-19, 2012
Little Britches is one of the oldest, continuing youth rodeo 
associations, with its membership ranging from kids ages 5 – 18 in 26 states across the nation. The aims and purposes of the organization are directed toward the interests of western-minded youth. It is a non-profit venture to build sound, healthy minds and bodies. To develop character, self-reliance, good sportsmanship and encouragement through competition in the great sport of rodeo.
